THE BIBLE: THE MOVIE SCRIPT (EPIC ADAPTATION)

ACT 1 — THE BEGINNING

SCENE 1: “IN THE VOID”

BLACK SCREEN.

A deep silence.

Then a voice—calm, powerful:

VOICE (GOD):
“Let there be light.”

A burst of light explodes across the darkness.

Cut to:

  • galaxies forming
  • stars igniting
  • oceans separating from land
  • mountains rising

SCENE 2: “THE GARDEN”

A perfect world.

Birds flying. Rivers flowing. No pain. No death.

In the center: Eden

We see:

  • Adam (first man)
  • Eve (first woman)

They walk with God in peace.

GOD:
“You may eat from every tree… except one.”

Camera focuses on a mysterious tree.


ACT 1 — THE FALL

SCENE 3: “THE TEMPTATION”

A serpent appears.

SERPENT (whispering):
“You will not die… you will become like God.”

Eve hesitates… then eats the fruit.

Adam follows.

Suddenly—

Storm. Fear. Shame.

They realize they are naked.

ADAM:
“What have we done?”

God appears—not angry, but sorrowful.

They are cast out of Eden.


ACT 1 — CHAOS OF HUMANITY

SCENE 4: “THE WORLD GROWS DARK”

Fast montage:

  • violence spreads
  • cities rise
  • corruption increases

God watches.

GOD (quietly):
“The heart of man has become evil.”


SCENE 5: “NOAH”

A righteous man stands alone.

God speaks:

GOD:
“Build an ark.”

People laugh at Noah as he builds.

Then—rain begins.

Storm intensifies into a global flood.

Everything is washed away… except Noah’s ark.

After 40 days:

A rainbow appears.

GOD:
“I will never destroy the earth like this again.”


ACT 2 — THE PROMISE

SCENE 6: “ABRAHAM”

A man hears a voice:

GOD:
“Leave your country. I will make you a great nation.”

Abraham obeys.

Cut to:

  • journeys across deserts
  • stars in the sky

GOD:
“Your descendants will be as numerous as the stars.”


SCENE 7: “THE SON TEST”

Abraham is asked to sacrifice his son Isaac.

He raises the knife…

STOP.

VOICE:
“Do not lay a hand on the boy.”

A ram appears instead.

A covenant is formed.


ACT 2 — MOSES AND FREEDOM

SCENE 8: “SLAVERY IN EGYPT”

Israelites suffer under Pharaoh.

Moses appears.

GOD:
“Go. Free my people.”


SCENE 9: “THE TEN PLAGUES”

Cinematic disasters:

  • water turns to blood
  • darkness covers Egypt
  • locusts swarm
  • final plague: death of firstborn

Pharaoh finally breaks.

PHARAOH:
“Go!”


SCENE 10: “THE RED SEA”

Egyptian army chases Israelites.

Ocean ahead.

Behind them: death.

Moses raises his staff.

The sea splits.

They walk through.

When Egypt follows—

WAVES CLOSE.


ACT 2 — LAW AND WANDERING

SCENE 11: “MOUNT SINAI”

Thunder. Fire. Smoke.

God gives the Ten Commandments.

Stone tablets glow.


SCENE 12: “THE WILDERNESS”

40 years of wandering.

People complain.

Food falls from heaven (manna).

But many lose faith.


ACT 3 — KINGS AND FALL OF KINGDOMS

SCENE 13: “DAVID VS GOLIATH”

A giant warrior steps forward.

Everyone fears him.

A young shepherd appears: David

DAVID:
“You come with sword… I come with God.”

He throws a stone.

Goliath falls.


SCENE 14: “SOLOMON’S TEMPLE”

A golden temple rises.

Wisdom and wealth spread.

But corruption slowly enters.


SCENE 15: “THE FALL”

Kingdom splits.

Enemies invade.

People are exiled.


⛓️ACT 4 — THE MESSIAH

SCENE 16: “THE BIRTH”

Night sky over Bethlehem.

A baby is born in a stable.

Angels appear.

ANGELS:
“Good news! A Savior is born!”


SCENE 17: “JESUS’ MINISTRY”

Montage:

  • healing the sick
  • feeding thousands
  • calming storms
  • teaching love and forgiveness

JESUS:
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”


SCENE 18: “BETRAYAL”

One disciple betrays Him.

Soldiers arrest Him.

He is beaten and sentenced.


SCENE 19: “THE CROSS”

Dark sky.

Jesus is nailed to the cross.

Silence.

JESUS (weakly):
“Forgive them…”

He dies.

Thunder.

Earth shakes.


ACT 4 — THE RESURRECTION

SCENE 20: “EMPTY TOMB”

Three days later.

The tomb is open.

No body.

Light fills the scene.

JESUS:
“I am alive.”


ACT 5 — THE CHURCH

SCENE 21: “THE SPREAD”

Disciples travel across nations.

One man—Paul—changes everything.

He writes letters.

The message spreads:

  • hope
  • forgiveness
  • salvation

FINAL SCENE — REVELATION

SCENE 22: “THE END OF TIME”

Apocalyptic visions:

  • battles of good and evil
  • falling empires
  • final judgment

Then—

NEW WORLD.

No pain. No death. No tears.


FINAL SHOT:

A bright city.

God and humanity together.

VOICE (final):
“Behold… I make all things new.”

FADE OUT.
