Tobi Amusan won gold again in Taiwan and also set a new meeting record at the New Taipei Athletics Open.
She dominated the women’s 100m hurdles, finishing in about 12.72 seconds, which was fast enough to:
- take 1st place (gold medal)
- break the previous meet record
Why it’s getting attention
- It’s another strong win in her 2026 season
- The time shows she’s still among the fastest hurdlers in the world
- It adds to her recent streak of winning multiple international meets.
