A heated moment between a customer and a cement seller has sparked reactions online after the customer reportedly returned four months later to collect 50 bags of cement he had earlier paid for at ₦11,000 per bag.

According to reports, the seller insisted that due to the current increase in cement prices, the customer would either have to add more money or accept a refund of the exact amount initially paid.
