A tragic incident has been reported in Canada involving 12-year-old Damilola Khalid Afolabi, who drowned in a lake during an outing.

According to reports, the boy was at a lake with family or friends when he entered the water and got into difficulty. Emergency services were called, but he was later confirmed dead after rescue efforts failed.
