BBNaija’s Tuoyo has vowed to take legal action against the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA following his arrest by the operatives during a raid on a Lagos nightclub last Sunday, October 26.
Men of the anti-drug agency had stormed the club in the wee hours of Sunday and detained the clubgoers alongside the owner of the club. The agency in a statement released claimed it got a tip that a drug party was being held in the club, hence the raid that was carried out.
Tuoyo had in a series of posts, raised alarm over his arrest and also detailed how he was allyassaulted by the operatives for taking to social media to raise alarm over his arrest.
In a post shared on his Instagram page last night, Tuoyo said he will be taking legal action against the agency for infringing on his rights.
