Lady finds wooden effigy of a man and woman tied together; loses them to find “Emeka” and “Beatrice” written on them

A lady has shared a strange discovery after she found a carved wooden effigy of a man and woman tied together, washed up by floodwaters.

According to her, the figures looked like they had been deliberately bound with ropes, with the names “Emeka” and “Beatrice” boldly written on them.

She decided to untie the effigy, saying she couldn’t just leave it that way.
