An X-user has sparked a debate on X after he revealed what he terms a new trick tenants in Lagos pull up on their landlords so as to stop paying their rents.
In a post shared on his handle, the X-user opined that some tenants now take their landlords to court after the expiration of their rent and then bribe the court clerk to ensure their is a delay in the hearing of the case so they can stay in the property for longer than necessary.
