Ingredients
- 2 Cups Short grain rice
- Water
Instructions
- Rinse rice with cold water until it runs clear.
- Place a saucepan/pot over medium-high heat, add water and rice.
- Add about four cups of water and cook until it is soft and mushy.
- Add water as you go until the rice is all soft and mushy.
- When the rice is done, use a ladle or back of a spoon to mash the rice or better still use a hand mixer to mash the rice.
- Roll into balls or just scoop and serve with Gbegiri. Enjoy!.
