When it comes to cooking steak, patience is key, the chef says

Preferring simplicity, he added: “I tend to be a minimalist when it comes to seasoning my steak. I don’t really do any rubs or marinades with my steak. For me, I spent the money on the steak, I want to taste the meat.”
The rest of his video demonstrates how he cooks steak – including the best temperature setting, what herbs and butter to use and how long it should take. He even explains the technicalities of how you should tilt your frying pan and how long to let your steak rest.
